Your best option is to place an advertisement in Gulf-times. List all your requirements in the ad. List your home and mobile number. Most likely interested would call and hang up (missed call).

Be prepared to call them back. Make a short list by making phone interview. Expect 40 to 50 phone calls. Do not bring them to your home except those that fit your profile, salary range and timings.
