Sponsered Maid accomidation off site?

Hi

Has anyone had experience with sponsering a maid and providing them accomidation elsewhere (bedspace/room)

Is this a bad idea?  is it allowed under sponsership laws? 

basically we have a three bed villa with no maids room, but would like a full time maid, with one child and another due in July, we don't have enough space to provide them a room.  And it's out of the question to put them in with the newborn or in the large cuboard under the stairs.  shocking i know, but i've heard of it being done. I joke not!!! not very respectful.

We are having trouble tracking down a live out maid.  So i was thinking of this solution.   

any advice would be great.
