I got my mother-in-law here in Qatar last year when my wife was pregnant. There were no issues at all, and we got her visa in 3 working days after applying for the visa.

You need following documents along with visa application form:

1) Copy of your Passport with Qatar Residence Visa

2) Copy of Passport of mother-in-law

3) Copy of your Marriage Certificate

4) Copy of wife's Birth Certificate

5) Letter from Sponsor citing profession and salary

Hope it helps!

dont panic just prepare all necessary documents, ask an arabic letter from your company that you want to take your mother in law in your home country because your wife will give birth in qatar..also salary certificate, passport copy of your mother in law ,marriage contract ,id of your wife and your id also ..if ever try to make a copy of medical certificate of your wife, i think you can request this letter in hamad ...just need to pay some amount.and bring all those documents in imigration .,....you will pay 200 per month ...and if your mother in law is here already .bring her in medical commission ..then you can renew for another 5months if you like :-)..Godbless

Yes! same procedure as if you are taking your mother here. The only difference is that you will prepare more paper/ducuments as proof of relationship to your mother in law.

Good luck
