What paperwork for Filipina vacation??

Hope someone can help... our filipina housemaid has been with us for 15 months and sponsorship was transfered to us from her previous employer.(she has now been in Qatar for over 3 years). We are sending her to the Philippines in July for one month's vacation. She has a valid Qatari residence/work permit in her passport. What other paperwork, if any, does she need to be able to enter and exit the Philippines without any problems??
Thanks

go to oWWA near CHN. Sponsor need to sign employment contract and copy of QID. submit it back then she will not be having problem from the immigration when shes going back.

...so much for your help. I didn't realise it would be so much hassle to let her go on a vacation...!! We hadn't got around to getting the employment contract authenticated so I guess we have to do that first...hope we don't get in trouble!!

she should go to the Philippine labor Office (backside of CHN University) to pay a at least QAR 100 - 150 and to be attached to her pasport.

This would save her the trouble of going to POEA and suffer the RED TAPE back home.

Contact this number : 4861220 and someone from the labor office will guide her/you through the procedure.

As a suggestion, let her bring her contract (authenticated copy) as you need to keep the original, of course) to show the officials there.

Also, advise her that as soon as she arrives the Philippines, to call the airlines and confirm her return trip booking and call again at least 7 days before her departure to re-confirm... to avoid any hassles.

Get her contact number in the Philippines as well or let her send you an SMS of the number she could be contacted for easier communication...

...so she doesn't need to go to the POAE in the Philippines and show an employment contract or anything???

that you signed for...as long as her passport and residence permit is vcalid for no less than 6 months, she can go home for a month and be back...
