For you to be able to bring your family, the law requires you to have a minimum salary of QR7000 per month to be able to obtain a family visa. If you earn this much, you can ask the Public relations officer of your company / boss for the family visa. (QR500)

The other way is to bring your husband in on a visit visa. This is valid for 21 days, and can be extended by 14 days. You can apply for this just behind the airport at the Government offices. Ask around.

If you get this visit visa your husband can apply for work in Qatar, as a local recruit, and the company will then add him on their sponsorship.

If your "hubby's skill is really in demand here", why wouldn’t he find a Job and come here under the company’s sponsorship? i doubt that you will be allowed to sponsor him. Even without knowing your salary, i would predict that female-graphic designer won’t be allowed to sponsor her husband. Beside, i doubt that your salary more than QR 7000 BEFORE accommodation, which is the requirement for being qualified to sponsor your spouse.
