go to any health center nearby u....muntaza/mansoura alongwith your latest electricity bill...show it at the counter and then the staff will guide you to which healthcenter you should exactly go...thn requeste for healtcard form, attach ur bill copy n your ID copy n submit it to the counter same time you will be issued a recipt which will work as ur temporary healthcard and within a month or so you will be issued a healthcard tht you have to collect from the same counter....
i would advice to you reach the healthcenter early morning at 7 as there is always a big rush at healthcard counter...
