WHY IS THE PARK IN ZONE 66, STREET 815 (NEAR UMM AL QURA BOYS SCHOOL IN WESTBAY AREA) NOT YET OPENED THOUGH THE PLAY APPARATUS ETC., HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ? FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR THOUGH READY, IS NOT YET OPENED.
MANY RESIDENTS ARE EAGERLY AWAITING ITS OPENING. WILL THE AUTHORITIES LOOK IN TO IT PLEASE?
