Salary Review Committee

To day I asked my salary Increment to MD

He replied - I cannot do anything in this subject unless it has to be Reviewed and Approved by the Committee"

For my curiosity I asked him - sir who are the committee members.?
He replied - Not many, Only One, I am.

So shall I excepts any Increment for the FY?
