why men r never deppressed??
WHY MEN ARE NEVER DEPRESSED:
Men Are Just Happier People-- What do you expect from such simple creatures? Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President.. You can never be pregnant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth. The world is your urinal. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky. You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles add character.Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100. People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them. New shoes don't cut, blister, or
mangle your feet.
One mood all the time.
Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend.
Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes.. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life. One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.
You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.
No wonder men are happier.

there are things in my head that can be a reason why men are never depress (or acting like they are not)

At one point of time in my life I had to be the "housewife" since I was jobless and was the one taking care of the house and also looking after the recently born baby in our family while she was away working. This was an amazing experience and if I had the chance I would for sure live it again and again.
And yes during this time it was her claimmming that if I was at home the whole day "doing nothing" I was suposed to be happy at all time; and that taking care of a small baby would not harm any one.
The work load in the house is huge and I recognize it to you ladies, and at some point she recognized to me that actually the whole house was standing still because I was there all day looking after every and all details.
Well nevermind...In my case I think we all get depressed!!

Men dont have menopause or whatever it is that only women have...
If you're talking about clinical depression - then men get depressed as often as women in fact. They are however less likely to be diagnosed, as they're simply less likely to seek help from their doctor. Also - in most cultures it is deeply embarassing for a man to admit he is depressed.
If you're talking about the general feeling down - then they probably do experience it less, as they just dwell on it less ;o) they go to the gym, meet friends etc. You know what they say - pretend you feel good and soon you will feel good ;o)
All righto..at least it tells me that women think a lot about men...lol

Only time they are real depressed when they are jobless and u cannt imagine how they feel of themselve.
Like how we women think about men, they too must be thinking same for us..don't u think so??
I have seen umpteen number of cases where men r jealous with their better half if she stays at home and look after household chores..Men believe that women(not working)enjoys luxury at home and just sits..
