Has anyone tried the diet where they work according to you blood type? I have been told about this diet and both my husband and I are interested in trying it but it cost QR1800 each. I believe its actually a "proper eating plan" and have been told it really works. If anyone has used this method please let me know. I don't want to waste QR3600.

I know few people who tried a diet from a place called slim and fit or something. for 2500 Qr/month they send you your daily meals. They said they lost between 2.5-5 kgs a month.

Please don't waste your money, it will not give you the results you are looking for. It would be much better for you to eat according to your Metabolic Type, being what your body type is based on your family history. That would most likely be different between you and your husband. Of course getting proper exercise would be the key to transforming yourself if you don't like what you see in the mirror and as I am writing this I see that Curves is now here in Doha. I can tell you from visiting many of these gyms(for research) in the US that this is not your answer if you are looking for changes.

I don't wish to sound rude but this is utter nonsense, a bit like the advice about eating certain foods at different times of day.

I, like many people have spent years dieting until last year when a friend of mine persuaded me to try the gym. Since this time last year I am 2 stone lighter and have twice the energy I had. because i feel healthier I am more inclined to eat healthy foods and so am more healthy.

It's not rocket science, increased output plus decreased input equals weight loss. Spend the moeny on a gym membership instead.
