Can any one suggest good Child Ophthalmologist (Hamad eye section is a sham)

My 9 years son underwent a surgery in Hamad hospital without proper pre-check up (other doctor at Hamad told me that). They did never check him properly (dilate) and given him high power glass. Even today my son was dilated (dropped) but lady doctor(technician) didn't check because she doesn’t wish to do that although main doctor insisted her to check. I am now totally sick of this eye section at Hamad.

I don’t want to take more risk at Hamad for my son. I must appreciate if anyone can suggest one good Paediatric Ophthalmologist in Qatar or else where.
