Continue this everyday without any break.Then you will realise the health improvement.

Have you looked at the new gym that opened at city centre? Facility wise i think its the best. Will cost your ~QR500 a month for a year contract.
The best for you would be Aspire . it would be near Muaither and it would only cost you 200 QR for the 1st month and then 300 QR for 3 month i guess .
