How does new processing application for NHA license work?

To those who know this:
I applied to the NHA for an allied health licensure. I payed 800 riyals and sent the receipt with my documents to the given address. As written in the instruction, wait for 30 days, but it's been one month ang a half since I applied..
How do I know the status now?

It's supposed to be for Nurse but the cathegory I chose is Allied health because that's what's in the paper to choose..
