how to get health card in HAMAD HOSPITAL.

this was base on my experience during the process to get my new hamad health card.i will discuss every details to help everyone aware about the process.step by step and its easy.

details as follows.

2 option to get hamad health card,

*family health card or invidual health card*

for family health card you can apply at any health center near you but you need to bring the requirments,elect. bills,water bill or any valid billing doc.building contract of your residence and others please refer to hamad website for deep understanding.

*individual health card*

1. this is my category,in this category you have 2 option in which place you prefer and near you.first you can go at WORKERS HEALTH CENTER @ barwa complex near religios complex tel # 66445929,bring the requirments photo copy of your valid QID back to back with passport size id picture attach and you can pay there in cash for 100QAR.people there are friendly especially the security personel they will answer ur question and guide you.remember the timing to get the health card start at 5am until 10am  in the morning don't be late,in my case i came late around 9am so they told me to go in hamad hospital main in  doha.

2. since i was unable to catch the timing at previos location,they advise me to go in hamad hospital in doha..same requirments but the payment there is thrue debit or credit card and not by cash like the first one that i mention same amount 100qar.now after you reach there ask information officer desk about the location since hamad hospital is huge compound,just mention where to get hamad health card and in my case the lady information officer give me the map of the location it is in back side @ building 20 ask the security personel on how to get there since that place is big and make you confuse.

now the time opening of this office is 4pm,make sure to come early before 4pm because the que is long. in my case i came early at arround 2pm and i was third in line,all u need to do inside is give to them your requirments and they will give you priority number to be use to pay your bill via debit or credit cards.in my case i don't have any debit and credit cards .what i did i borrow the card from my boss he trust me more thats why i got his pin number.guys dont worry if you dont have this cards to be use .that time some people also came they dont have cards to pay the bill there is always good people always in everywhere in the line just aprroach them to use thier card and exchange of your 100qar cash.and boom everyone got there HAMAD HEALTH CARD..after i pay my bill i waited only 10mins guys and my HAMAD HEALTH PRINTED OUT ,and thats all ...now i can avail the discount of my hamad health card since i was experiencing LEVER PROBLEMS.
