If you don't have a vaccination record, it will cost you 10QR to buy one. Call 180 (directory assistance) to get the number for the vaccination center and call ahead and make sure you know the hours and whether they currently have some in stock.
I am not sure if the H1N1 vaccination has arrived in DOHA..It was in the news last year that the QATAR govt.has ordered a bulk quantity of H1N1 vaccination for its residents..I don't have any news so far for this year..

One of my friends in US told me that, their government is not encouraging them to go for H1N1 vaccination. Just confirm before you take it.
