how much KG of tumbles to use while starting

i plan to tight my arms and chest ,no GYM near by so i planned to buy tumbles and to start in house itself .please suggest me ,with how much KG of tumbles i have to start , i am 29 years old . new to start this exercise

Well, if you do mean dumbbells, nobody can tell you without knowing your strength. My advice is to go to Sun & Sand in City Centre and try a few, go with what you think you can do.
