I wonder how you did ???? I am using slenderiiz.com/sol also DROP by DROP on facebook to help me. It is a homeopathic tincture that suppresses the appetite, taking away cravings so i save 20% on groceries straight out of the gate. Then I eliminated sugars/carbs... and processed foods. Something I needed to get back to for a healthy gut... foods that are YUMMY for my tummy not just my eyes.. that is why I started a group on facebook called DROP by DROP

Look gentleman, weight is increased due to various reasons of metabolic/catabolic process in the body after the meal., and i want to teach u something about the debit and credit account that the logic how it happents, if you credit 1000 calory food and debit daily 500 calory of energy the balance 500 calory constitute extra weight if it is not expelled out of the body..

There are three ways only one can control the body weight without making problems. Diat, Exercise, lifestyle. if u dont want to go with three of this, i have other remedy to you wich will work also, but not healthier approach.

Drink commins boiled water as much as you can.

sleep 4 hours only.

worry about death.

consume 4 table spoon honey in the morning empty stomach.

This will attach ur mind, body and soul in three dimentions and you will begin to reduce ur weight even if u eat or drink whatever u like without exercise. Good luck.

no time is okay but it will be a bit harder, u have to try using Slim tea whoch you can get from lulu hyper or any other supermarket ,, and atleast once in a week you have to try avoid your lunch .. try to maintain your time for having food only 3 time a day nothing in between..

but not diet center there food too bad

but Slim 'n light i do my diet with them i like the food and taste good .

i do all my workout at Aspire Active Women Fitness i do enjoy my day there...

the best thing is to have breakfast....and skip you lunch and have dinner trust me it works if you feel hungry during lunch time have a redbull.

just kidding... seriously, losing weight entails hard work, determination and dedication. Anyway, try this method:

cinnamon powder and honey:

1 cup boiled water + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon + 1 teaspoon honey

drink half cup 20-30 minutes before sleeping at night

drink half cup 20-30 minutes before breakfast

green tea also help in losing weight.

It won't work this way!

The best way is to eat in a healthier way,

- eat before 2 hours you go to sleep

- 3-4 meals a day.

- at least 10 min of exercice per day (it could be set-ups, walking, cleaning the house :) )

on way, try these diet centers. They send ready meals.
