but not diet center there food too bad
but Slim 'n light i do my diet with them i like the food and taste good .
i do all my workout at Aspire Active Women Fitness i do enjoy my day there...
the best thing is to have breakfast....and skip you lunch and have dinner trust me it works if you feel hungry during lunch time have a redbull.
