the only one I know is the Thai Massage parlour, it's a restaurant and massage therapy centre, I never tried it so I can't tell you if it's good. The food is great though. If you are driving toward Ramada from Alsad, La cigale on your left and Burger King and Hardy's on your right, take the first right after Hardy's (right before the ramada junction) you will be on Nasser Street, you will see the place on your left side...it's Called Amjad Thai something...they have christmas lights all year round. their number is 432 9704, they speak a little English but no arabic.
