Making poor health choices is a habit that can be very hard to break. AIKMAN, In my friends circles at work / home I do promote age old importance of natural herbs in our lives ..... in older times our grand parents would recommend a small tip for common fever , cold , headache , throat, ear , any bodily pain etc ... & we were up on our feet in an hour or two ....

@ Molten, with regards to treating ED, first and foremost having a balanced diet is crucial (made up of roots e.g. Ginger, Onions and Garlic). Exercising is also mandatory. Herbal medicines can also come into play such as Ginseng, Yohimbe etc....A diet filled with proteins is crucial.
