What is the best electronic ecigarette available in Qatar market

I want to know what is the best ecigarette available in the market here in Qatar, I have tried the cheap one (eHealth) and is really bad. I give it (2 out of 10)
Also I tried the one which they are saying its UK original (Gamucci) and also its not good (4 out of 10).
any one tried somthing really good and want to share.
and what about the one which called ego-t, is it good?
Please advice.
