you can check the website of the CIC and they will guide where to go for a medical check-up.just read the instruction on the CIC website on how to apply for immigrant and the name of the clinic in which you can have a medical exam.there is one here in Qatar,but they will accept you,only if you were already cleared by the immigration officer and if they gave you already the form for medical examinations.good luck to you....
