Where to get the best adenotonsilectomy for our son?

The health center GPs do not recommend surgery at all although the tonsillitis is already frequent and recurrent,as in almost every 3 weeks. Our son is sick again just today and it's like killing us seeing him in bed due to accompanying fever and not being able to eat well, at times not at all.
The appointment we got from Hamad General Hospital for a Specialist (ENT) consultation is on the 3rd week of December which seems forever, and it's no guarantee the Specialist will recommend surgery at all.
We have tried consultations with private ENTs and they all say the same - surgery as soon as possible. So where should it be?
We like to hear your experiences with the clinics/hospitals here in Doha and decide hereon.

I would recommend Al Ahli hospital, I take both of my kids there for their vaccinations and regular checkups, they are really nice and friendly, beside all that, its new and clean.
