The name is Qatar center for voluntary activities, its on abu hamoor street, its right at the end of the D-Ring road, the number is 4675999, call there and ask for Coash Ashraf, he's responsible for the sports section in the center, he might even give you the number of the female instructor, and don't worry, there is special days for females to come to this center, its saturday, monday, wednesday, give them a call, they are very friendly over there and they will sure help you a lot.
