Which health centre is near to Najma Street?

We just arrived in Doha, 4th week of September and just got the residence visa stamped in our passports last week. We need to bring my son, 5 months old, to the nearest health centre from our place (as what my husband's colleague advised him) for registration in order to avail his regular vaccination...Kindly advise the name of the centre, street or nearest landmark. Thank you...

1. Mugalina Health centre behind MP traders (MP Traders very close to crazy round about / signal) on B Ring Road
