I can read Arabic well, write to some extent, But I can’t understand the meaning. Is there any Institution to teach Arabic (English/Arabic translation course) for expatriates?
The Fanar offers a 3 month arabic course that is starting in the first week of april. It used to be free but now they are considering introducing a QR400 course fee. Which is stil not bad but i dont understand why they have to charge people. They have plenty of money and should be happy that expats want to learn their language. (By the way Fanar is the curly mosque building near Souq Waqif) Cant miss it!
