lol, francis...

but seriously, religion is very personal to me i guess that's why im irritated when verses (in whatever holy book it was taken from) are quoted to support a non-religious issue. but peace bro:-)

on to the topic... i really hope this day will be used by the president to reflect on what she have accomplished so far in both her personal and public life. may this day bring forth humility, humility and more humility pls.... only in humility will the president be able to owe up to her mistakes and to find rectifications to them.

how she celebrate?

When the clock struck 12, she wore a polka dot shirt and jumped up and down hoping she would gain more height...

leave us alone with your self-righteous gig. People here are expressing their disgust just rightly so, albeit in a witty and milder form. Yes, we do respect our parents-that's why we toil and we sweat here- but not GMA who stole our vote, our money, our integrity, and most of all, our country's soul.

"even though she did bad things, she deserve respect because she's our leader">>>Which verse extols us to do so? No, not what you just quoted because you have taken this out of context. If you don't get it, transpose a situation in the North Korean setting. No sir, God, who is absolutely wise and holy, does not and never will condone a 'higher power' such as what GMA represents! How on earth can an infinitely wise and holy God compromise with 'your' dear leader who has 'done bad things' (your words not mine)? She made an oath on the constitution and the BIBLE for crying out loud! But she lies as a matter of course! And who is the father and master of lies, pray tell me? Should we still give our support to her?

Btw, fiery just ordered you to send your stuff to her ninang, who, I strongly believe, needs it the most.

THIS COULD BE HOW MADAM CELEBRATED HER 62ND B-DAY:

1>Hosted a Snow White-themed costume party. Guess who came as the 8th dwarf?

2>Participated in the reenactment of the annual Palm Sunday feast to commemorate the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. She played the role of an ass.

3> Was invited by a certain Mrs. Pineda to be the guest of honor in a special “President’s Birthday Draw” of a “numbers game” in her native Pampanga.

4> WITH THANK YOU PRAYER: “Nothing much. Ash my father would alwayssh shay, jussht do what ish right. Do what ish bessht. And God will take care of the ressht.“

5> Declined the birthday presents from her children. Instead, she was the one who gave them gifts. For Luli, a book: Herb Kay’s “How to Get Filthy, Stinking Rich and Still Have Time for Great Sex!” For Mikey: an early endorsement for his 2010 gubernatorial bid in Pampanga, and for Dato: his own legislative district in Bicol.

6> Got a surprise production number from her two sons Mikey and Dato, brother-in-law Iggy, and staunch House ally Prospero Nograles. They all performed the cha-cha.

7>Didn’t sleep until 4am hoping she’d get a pre-dawn birthday call from US President Barack Obama.

8> Ordered the release of another high-profile murderer.

Happy birthday Mrs. President!

don't feel sorry my friend after all it's done. We look forward for the coming 2010 Presidential election, and vote for the right person who God shall tell us. Please don't vote for my ninang's allies. Let us pray for the Philippines because we have relatives there who will be affected with this terrible election.

dont worry francismorilao, i am praying for GMA and her family members including her allies to be contented with all the wealth from whatever projects they got into. I believe from this will be good for our country, Philippines.

Sorry if i disappointed you in some way with my comments.

these verse is for those filipinos who don't have respect for their leaders. Better read it twice my friend. even though she did bad things, she deserve respect because she's our leader, just like your parents, only God can do things in His perfect will, What is righteous to do? speak bad things to your leader or pray for her and the Philippines!

1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
