Attendance at Qatar National Day 2020 parade by invite only
With Qatar National Day (QND) 2020 just around the corner, the Organizing Committee for QND celebrations has announced that attendance at the National Day parade will be by special invites only.
In a tweet, the Organizing Committee said that the special invites will be given to families of employees in the health sector as well as other entities participating in the parade.
The attendance of “ National Walk” of 2020 Qatar National Day is only considering health sector families and participants entities via special invitations,due to the compliance with exceptional precautionary measures of Covid-19, and to ensure the safety of all community’members

This comes in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic where adherence to precautionary measures is crucial to ensure the safety of all.
The National Day Parade is one of the most-awaited events of Qatar National Day celebrations, which showcases different wings of the Qatari Armed Forces and various other officials.
The parade is held along the Doha Corniche and is a spectacular sight to see, charged with an atmosphere of immense pride, unity, and patriotism.
A rehearsal of the parade was held on December 11, 2020, which saw the participation of healthcare workers at the frontlines of the COVID-19 battle.
