I doubt if police in either country will get involved in this.

A simple rule is that if anyone asks you to pay before getting a loan is a scam. You should have taken appropriate care.

Banks always deduct the loan insurance amount from your total amount. They never ask you to pay !

Perhaps, It was your desperation for money due to which you could not realize they were fooling you.

You may complaint to police, but they cannot do anything. It's better to be alert than be sorry !!

You will never get the loan amount from them, My friend ! Forget it !
