OMG, those old days are gone. Never leave any money visiable inside the car and never let it open. Naseef, I hope you can get your money back. I had a similar case, but with my laptop that worth 3000 Qtr. That was back in 2014 when I was leaving my car opened.
where can i watch the video ?
No mercy for him; touching someone else's car is like touching their house, let alone stealing it; I'd break his neck if it was my car; and yes, Qatar is still super safe alhamdlillah; but as with any other country, the population increase and economic development has resulted in some less than desirable elements manifesting here; the good old days of leaving our cars unlocked and running while we pop into the shops for milk are now gone; the Qatar police do a great job and it feels great to see them present and patrolling everywhere one goes; but the onus is now firmly on us to secure our homes and cars and just stop leaving anything tempting inside.
I advise everyone not leave any valuables inside your vehicle.
I live Ain Khalid, an incident happened with me on Dec 3, 2018, that someone broke car side window glass and I lost my money around 4000 QAR. No clue about the thief moreover I am still losing my time with insurance, case follow-up with police.
It was my mistake I forgot my valet on that particular date inside the car seat, I usually never does.
