Technical glitch forces Qatar Airways Kochi flight to return to Doha

Qatar Airways Airbus 330-300 flight to Kochi, which took off from the Hamad International Airport, returned to Doha after 40 minutes owing to a technical glitch.

The flight had taken off from the airport at 7:30pm on Thursday, 35 minutes behind its scheduled time of 6:55pm, according to Qatar Tribune.

According to a passenger on-board the plane, after 45 minutes in the air, it was announced that the plane developed some 'technical difficulties'.

The passengers were later rescheduled to another flight, which would take off at 12am on Friday.
