I can see that you may be a Filipino doctor just like me, and so I thought of getting in touch with you because of Al Esraa Medical Center. I have a pending offer to work there, is it true that the employer is not good? Would like to know how your working conditions are there at Al Esraa, are you still connected with them? I have called up your number twice already but I always get the message that says "the number you are trying to call is not available at this time" following an Arabic message- it was around 5 PM then, Saturday, Doha time. Would like to hear from you because I cannot seem to decide when and if I will push through with my application to Al Esraa Medical Center. By the way, I am also a medical doctor. the contract is for 2 years,round trip ticket, 21 days paid leave after completion of the contract, visa fee, labor, medical fees are included...plus license and uniform allowance, overtime pay if i exceed 2 hrs, and overtime pay if i work on fridays..btw i'm still here in the philippines completing all the documents needed..

All are not green pastures.Ask if any kabayan in the group of medical centers under Doha health care happy at all.You will be surprised to know it is no one.These contracts sent across are toilet paper contracts.The real contracts you sign will be signed without you reading it.You will have to sign it between two muzzle men who wont allow you to read it.after you join real hell begins.If you have heard of sore ass syndrome or frustration syndrome that is what you will go through.you will end up with less than half what is promised.You will loose another half on fines.This is how the doha health care saves money.The director who is a third rate Indian crook has made a target for fines too.The total fines saved in a month goes into his wallet unaccounted.A specialist fine maker lady is there in the company to impose the fines.Fine can be anything.If you talk loud, walk fast,seen taking rest ....you name it... there will be a fine.There are some who have lost the whole salary on fines.Just because there is a sponser rule .. these people like doha health care misuse it.Doha health care emerged when apollo was black listed in Philippines.What you see there is third degree human rites abuse.Think twice if you have not left Philippines whether you wish to join this hell of a place.Think of good choices like Al ahli ..hamad corporation etc with best renumeration

can i know what other allowance they offered you,like ticket and leave allowance...what is the duration of the contract...anything else in the offer letter they mentioned...coz even i hv an offer from there,not yet accepted,so wanted to know the details..

thanks so much, i'm getting worried because of all the negative feedbacks with apollo and future. to think its under the same company,i just passed my prometric and i think i have to undergo data flow...but i already signed their contract..is 5000 qr basic salary, 2500 qr accomodation and 500 tranportation ok?

luckily we belong to the same family, the doha health care group(dhc). the dhc group of polyclinics include: The Apollo Clinic, Future Medical Center, Future Dental Center, Atlas Medical Center and Al Esraa Medical Center. im recently recruited to work as a General Scope Physician. For Physicians, dhc is giving 4000 qr as accomodation allowance, 2000qr as transportation allowance. Al Esraa Medical Center is located very close to Landmark Shopping Mall. The Center is new, very clean, with friendly staff, etc. The working condition must definitely be perfect. I said this because more or less the h.r. is very efficient.
