ANY OTHER WAY TO GET OTHER JOB
I am currently employed here in Qatar in a small company.
I have an opportunity to work to a bigger company somewhere in Pearl Qatar. My problem is my employer will not issue a NOC to any of his employees.
Is there any other way to grab the other opportunity given to me?
Please help me.

this may not be a good advice if you'd like...try to cultivate good realtion to your sponsor and tell your conccerns. i was in the same situation before, until i found out that this will put me in trouble.
I guess there's no other alternative but to persuade...or find a job in other country, invest some money, then comeback after 2 year's by either visit, business visa and find a job on major company's.
