community development/NGO/Urban Planning jobs

Hi all,

So I'm moving to Qatar in July and my wife is following soon after in September. She has a BA in political science and sociology and has been working in the realms of community organizing and housing in the US. She's very interested in finding a non-profit, urban planning or community development organization (and/or working with people "on the margins" or so to speak).

Does anyone have any leads or suggestions? It's difficult to determine NGO's in Qatar from a simple google search, and although I've found a few urban planning orgs, many appear to be headquartered outside of the country...

any leads would be wonderful! and i would be eternally grateful...
