Entertainment jobs?

I'm a professional musician and part-time dancer in New York City. My husband will be working in Qatar this fall, and I'd like to accompany him, but I'm having trouble finding any information about working as a musician or dancer in Qatar. All I've found is this, saying belly dance is banned in hotels, and that's not encouraging:

since, among other gigs, I play music for belly dancers in New York City.

I'd like to find a talent agency that could get me bookings, but I haven't found one yet. Any advice?

I've seen belly dancers at hotels here, the Sheraton and Inter-Con before they were banned early summer. I've also seen guys taking pics with their phones and staff approaching them and telling them to cut it out.

Certain segments of society here always complain about vulgar this and that. There were complaints in the newspapers about lingerie stores packing goods sold to customers in bags that were deemed vulgar and inconsistent with local customs and traditions.

They have belly dancing lessons at the Sheraton so maybe when you arrive you should go and ask the instructor.

I'd like to go and ask for you but I don't think they'd let me in.

Also look for member angelwings on the site, she might be able to help.
