Entry Level Banking Jobs in Qatar

I have been searching for an entry level position with a Qatari Bank or a foreign bank in the region..I don't have banking experience yet, but do acquire a BS in Finance and extensive knowledge from college. Any suggestions? Is it difficult to land an entry level finance job for Western expatriates in the region?
