F1 2011 Bahrain GP Tickets

I wanna book a ticket to the 2011 Gulf Air Bahrain F1 Grand Prix but i dont really know a better way to book offline.

is it real that people of the age 18/17 are considered "Children" and need to be accompanied by adults ? can someone please give me information about booking "Flight + hotel + race ticket"
