How to apply a job in Doha?

I have been in Doha for some months, and having a work visa for a 5-year duration in Qatar. By the way, I’m from China.
Is there anyone can kindly answer my questions as following?
As a foreigner here, How to apply a job in Doha? Are there some special certificates needed? Most of my education certificates are in Chinese, I’m afraid that few Qatari companies can admit the Chinese certificates. How to solve this problem?
I know the job-seeking website Http://www.bayt.com, but is it the best choice to find a job in Doha? Is there some better ways of seeking a job? I mean, do you have some newspapers or magazines or talent markets for job-seekers?
I have engaged in International Trade for two years in a Chinese company. And I’m familiar with the Chinese market. If you wanna purchase, almost every kinds of goods can be found in China from pins to computers. And If you wanna export to China, the Chinese market is a potential one ready to your products. So, I think I would be very helpful to the int’l trade companies here, esp the companies which have some business with Chinese.
However, I heard that there’s no good seaport in Qatar for huge watercrafts to drop anchor, and most of the imports would go by the way of Dubai.
