How can i apply for Big 4 Audit firms

hi guys, im wondering how to apply for big 4 audit firms as trainee. im a recent uk graduate and here with a visit visa im looking for a graduate position in doha.
is it possible to contact HR directly and ask them about vacancies or should i apply through online which is effective method.
does anyone have any experience in applying graduate position in qatar, please share with me it will be very useful. thank you in advance.
