IT person looking for a Job

I have been here for a year and have not yet suggseded in having a job applyed may be every where pass all the interveiws ( places that happen to call me for one ) and then nothing happens they just simpley get an indian.

please help

Because they just happen to be more efficient. Will work those extra hours if required.
