Total are on C-Ring road. Near Muntazah Garden signal. "Big oil & gas" cos have limited (nil) opportunities for inexperienced engineers (unless you are Qatarian). You should try engineering contractors / design houses that do engg. for oil cos.

If you think she might like it get her to apply to the eng dept of the big oil/gas/construction companies here in Qatar, a PhD eh, we are lucky if our new recruits can read and "right". Touch base with Total - and their associates since French is a big plus for them espcially if she can write in all 3 mentioned above!

You may chech the sites of different universities in Qatar ..Maybe they have a teaching position if not try to check the American schools .Just a suggestion
