If you are in IT, stay in India. As stealth said you will end up stifling your growth by coming here. All my friends who have 5 + years of experience in IT in India are earning more than what they pay here and with much better job profile.

why dont you try in India itself. COmpanies are paying good salary for people with experience nowadays. If you want to stifle your growth then come along and enjoy.

try looking for a good agency there in india since its not easy now looking for a good job while on business/visit visa. They'll just haggle for low ball price for your service.

But its still up to you.
