1- Hammad Hospital : 6000 - 10000 Q.R
2- Sports Club: 3000 - 6000 Q.R
3- Medical Centers: 4000 - 7000 Q.R
These rates may vary according to your work experience, certificates and other conditions.

I don't have an idea from which hospital did you get the offer. It depends on the hospital and the place itself which can be a medical center, sports club, or Hammad Hospital. If it is hamad hospital I guess that you would not get paid according to your experience and certificates less than 2000 US$.
