Mediation is a process of collecting data (CDR call data record) from various switches (upstream) and enrich the data and distribute is to the billing systems in format that is recognizable to them.

Configuration of protocols like FTP, SFTP,BDS, AND XFB
Knowledge of life cycle of the openet process architecute and its components
working knowledge of software architecture and flow of openet mediation
Mediation concepts like routing, distribution, filtering etc., aware of potential performance impacts and workarounds
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication)
