Visit visas are for just that - visitng. They are not for the purpose of free-lance job hunting. It's much better if your brother applies from home or wherever he is now. The legalities will be easier and he will probably get a better salary.

isn't your brother the one blacklisted in UAE due to outstanding debts there (ok "bank problems" as you said before).

With all the respect if yourt brother is caught here in qatar and taken to UAE (if it happens) his sponsor here in Qatar could be questioned by proper authorities.

PS: like many of the responses you got in previous posts ask your brother to contact the bank and try to settle with them some sort of agreement otherwise he could be "wanted" on criminal charges.

I think it is better if someone will sponsor my brother, can any body can lend a help for visa sponsorship, even we'll pay for it, please help.

as far as I know you get a visa right there at the air port unless , he is from one of those countries that don't get one on arrival.

Also I know you can apply for a visa online, go to the Qatar gov web site and look there
