Where to look for investors in Qatar?

I've tried to search the forum, but there doesn't seem to be any similar topic.
Let's say I have a building project in mind, a type of entertaiment complex, that doesn't exist in Qatar yet but does very well in other countries around the world. That type of complex requires very specific construction knowlege and experience, which my company has, but not many others do.
So, seeing my company as a builder and developer of the complex, where do I look in Qatar for people or companies that would like to own and operate such complex? I.e. investors? Are there institutions that you can take proposal for such project to? Any ideas?
