Sure, go ahead to the pet shop at Al Nasr street. buy a cute puppy. Just be informed that ALL pet shops in Doha are very unhygenic and have low (if any) standards. The animals are usually diseased and sick. My neighbor bought a kitten for christmas at this very shop. It died the next day. She had to threaten them with a call to the police in order to get a refund. QAWS is your best bet as they have trained vets to help them look over the animals in their care. Go there and get educated about pet ownership.
All puppies are cute - go to QAWS and if you meet the requirements you will most likely find a companion to love you for life.
However, if you don't meet the requirements - reexamine carefully your desire to get a dog. They are not a toy, they can live up to 15/16 years of age and they require good care.

I wish I was the owner of this site, I would automatically erase questions with the words buy, cute, puppy. Sure, go ahead, buy a cute puppy from the pet shop, cuddle the cute thing and enjoy watching the ringworm develop over your body. Why are QAWS puppies not cute? Because they are not designer label? Sorry if you are a very nice person who wants a puppy because of a genuine love for animals, a person who will take on a dog, train him, love him as a part of your family and take him with you wherever you go. It's just that those people don't usually choose the puppy by it's cuteness, more by other, more sustainable factors.
Ask for Nasr Street. it is before ramada signal. there is a pet shop there with alot of cute pupies.

i think people here don't like the dogs.. didn't see many but then sometims pets and dogs are in classfied .. you can check them .. but i guess thier classifieds also not allowed here.
