Does anyone know how to go about doing Hajj from Qatar even if your not a Qatari Citizen? And will they have any groups that are English speaking?

I would recommend you contact the various Islamic Centres regarding this issue. I read somewhere that they were taking a group from Doha for Hajj. Contact QCPI or Qatar Guest Centre.
