Come on guys, There is a telephone number in the ad. Why cant you call and ask for an explanation?
Normally Vodaphone is not posting their ads in QL Marketing/Advertising.
Interesting that he's advertising a job in Vodafone, yet he has a Qtel number :P
I've flagged it up to the mods anyway.
why get so uptight about it...if it bothers you just ignore it...now is not the time to start stirring and making issues for no reason...
i totally agree with Lunituna. RAMADAN MUBARAK TO YOU ALL!!
i assume that guy ronaldo might be leaving for vacation, so he need somebody to replace him for two months just...
Ramadhan Kareem my muslim brothers and sisters and to all Qlers
The reasons may be
1. Vodafone staff work in a "no seat" environment meaning they have to stand all day long which would be difficult for a person who is fasting
2. They have to continue their normal working hours even during Ramadan. As per law, you cannot force a muslim worker to do long working hours.
3. Customer interaction needs lot of communication which would dry you out if you are fasting.
4. Most of the muslim staff may have obtain their vacation leave during this period
5. They want people who can continue to work even during eid
These are my personal ideas and do not represent any institution or person in any way
its just to cover Ramadan..dont be cheesy..
I think saeed's satement is right..
Can you show us where it was posted. Right now it just looks like you stirring a religion debate.
Maybe ... ?
but I can normally work even im fasting
or bcoz of bulky working hours... no idea!
Yes it is. It looks like religious discrimination otherwise there should be a specific reason.
