It means that Qatar is putting itself in the spotlight, you do that and people start taking an interest in what happens in your country.

I am confused moza; what foreign is to do here; Qatar needs fair treatment and transparent labor policy in the country.

This is only the start of the pressure and media spot light Qatar will find itself under. If you are going to have an agressive foreign policy and bid for major events, then the world will start looking in. Be prepared for more questions.....

Al Jazeera English has been getting into the spirit of pointing out rights abuses in Qatar too.

Dweller, 94% of workforce, not population. Not all Qataris work.

Have just been reading the summary of the report and was surprised to find an error in the first few lines. I quote from the Summary:

"Underpinning this push is a vast army of migrant workers, who comprise a staggering 94 percent of Qatar’s workforce —1.2 million of its 1.7 million residents—the highestpercentage of migrants to citizens in the world."

Since when has 1.2 been 94% of 1.7? more like 70.6% to me.

They should get their facts right if they want people to give them any credibility.
