From The Sheraton round to Museum Roundabout is ~6.5km, so you can easily do an 11km return walk.

I know someone who tried this, apart from being dangerous, its useless, as soon as they finished their seven days they not only put all their weight back on, but even added a few more kilos.

When will people realise theres no qquick fix solution, eating and excercising moderately is the only solution.

are you sure it makes YOu sick...figured with all the gas and bad breath, it would make everyone else around you sick!!

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fortune to run into the ones I do,and the eyesight to tell the difference.

I am not so sure it is dangerous... the veg soup would have next to no nutritional value due to cooking it till it is soft. The calories are very limited for sure, and not enough protein. If you went back to normal eating after a week of this you would gain back whatever you lost plus a few pounds extra.

This diet puts your body into ketosis... you will have really nice breath lol.

The soup is redundant, this is just a low carb low fat diet. You would get better results if you upped your protein a bit in this diet.
